To ensure consistent product performance, we maintain strict quality control at every stage of manufacturing:
- Raw Material Inspection
All raw materials such as cement, steel, sand, and grit are procured from approved vendors and inspected upon arrival at our facility. Materials are released for production only after approval by quality control personnel.
- In-Process Quality Control
Manufacturing activities are carried out under the supervision of qualified engineers. Regular checks and tests, including slump tests and cube tests, are conducted to maintain strength, dimensional accuracy, and uniform quality.
- Final Testing & Inspection
Finished products are subjected to random and batch-wise testing to ensure compliance with applicable standards. Tests conducted at our facility include dimension checks, three-edge load bearing test, permeability test, and hydraulic test, ensuring reliability and durability of our RCC products.

Key Raw Materials
Steel
Steel consignments are procured directly from BIS-approved manufacturers. Each lot is tested at MSME Testing Station, Jaipur, and other approved laboratories. Steel content and reinforcement design are strictly followed as per IS:458 specifications.
Coarse Aggregates
Coarse aggregates are sourced from quality stone-crushing plants and are tested once annually at NABL-approved laboratories to ensure grading, strength, and durability.
Cement
We use ISI-marked cement sourced from reputed manufacturers such as Wonder Cement, UltraTech, J.K. Cement, Shree Cement, and Birla Cement. The use of premium-grade cement ensures high strength, durability, and consistent performance of our products
Fine Aggregates
Fine aggregates are procured from the Banas River, recognized for its superior quality. Regular testing is conducted once a year through NABL-approved laboratories.
Water
Water used for manufacturing and curing is sourced from a self-tube well and tested periodically to ensure suitability for construction purposes.
